During the past 27 years, Mr. Gebril went through different Managerial positions on Oil companies, he worked as Drilling Manager for Western Desert Operating Petroleum Co. (WEPCO) and Drilling General Manager for IPR Transoil Corporation (Hamra Oil), and He also worked as Distribution & QHSE Manager and Operations Manager for MI-SWACO Algeria.

Mr. Gebril attended various professional training courses like Decision Base Management and Project Management in Villanova University, USA and HSE Management from IHRDC in Boston, Massachusetts.

He is an active member in both SPE [Society of Petroleum Engineers] since 1985 and New York Academy of Sciences since 1990.

Dr. Hafsi is a chemical engineer; he worked in the petroleum field and other related industries, specifically petrochemicals and refining industries. He held a position in the national oil company of Algeria, Sonatrach. He also worked as a production engineer specialized in lubricating oil in Arzew refinery, later he got promoted to become the refinery’s managing director. Dr. Hafsi continued the ladder up until he became a corporate level director in charge of refining. 

His last position was as a Director General of the refining and petrochemicals division in a large oil company. He had responsibility for 4 refineries, 3 petrochemical complexes, and a large number of plastic transformation plants, over 5,000 employees in total.

Through his work experience, he became specialized in the technical operations and management of refineries, including such aspects as production, maintenance, logistics, training, etc. He also gained the expertise to manage a complex system of several refineries and petrochemical plants.

As for his experience in the petroleum industry, he has exceptional experience in negotiating with international partners, including large multinational companies in the oil business. Through his several jobs, he gained the skill of directing and developing strategies for the development of lube oil, the oil refining and petrochemicals sectors.

Dr. Hafsi holds a M. Sc. degree in chemical engineering, in addition to a M. Sc. degree in management, from Sloan school of management, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, and a Doctorate in business administration, from Harvard Business School.

Dr. Khaled has a rich 38-year experience in the oil and gas sector both on the regional as well as the international level. He held very high positions in many petroleum companies such as Pan American (Amoco), Shell, Deminex, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Texaco, BG, Marathon, and BP. This gave him an access to the full understanding of the work techniques pursued by each of those different companies and their respective strategies.

He also contributed his effort to the establishment of four major companies in the Petroleum Sector, namely: GUPCO, SUCO, Za'afrana and Gebel El Zeit Petroleum Company (Petrozeit). He also has an extensive experience in oil and gas discovery, which he was an integral part of for GUPCO and BG. During his post with BG he was responsible for drawing up development plans and the same was done for SUCO.

While working in Kuwait, he finalized an integrated geological study on the reservoirs and production of the second largest oil field worldwide, the Greater Burgan field. He also worked with the company's production engineering and reservoirs departments. Moreover, during his work with Aramco, he assessed and prepared a report on the oil reserves of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Besides the research and on-the-field experience, Dr. Khaled has managerial experience for he was responsible for the recruitment of technical staff, renting, preparation, and furnishing of the building and fitting it with the most up-to-date computer machines and communications.

Dr. Khaled holds a Ph. D. in petroleum geology, M. Sc. in geology (Stratigraphy), and B. Sc. in geology and chemistry. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.

He was the Chairman and Managing Director and board member of various companies with over 37 years experience covering all aspects of Oil and Gas sector, including field development, reservoir engineering and production operations. His roles involved integrating areas of business such as production economics, energy conversation and environmental impacts. His gained experience was augmented and diversified through working in locally and internationally with the various schemes which encompasses petroleum Industry (i.e.; companies, corporations, and governments) at different job levels.

Eng. El Ahmady is currently the General Manager and Managing Director of Nahdetmisr Co. for Journalism and Media. Prioir to that he was the Chairman and Managing Director of Suez Oil Co., and Agiba Petroleum Co.

He is highly experienced in on-the-field operations, which was enhanced by his work as a Petroleum Manager and Deputy Operation General Manager for the Western Desert Operation Petroleum Co. He was also a Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer for Qatar General Petroleum. In Qatar he was also the Co-leader/Liaison of the Qatari Hydrocarbon Resources and Reserves Revaluation Project; and the Reservoir Engineer specialist for Qatar Financial and Petroleum Ministry.

He has a B.S in Petroleum engineering and a diploma in computer and operation research; and he is fluent in English and Arabic.
