Who are we?
Timgad Energy (TE) is a joint-stock Company incorporated in Egypt in May 2007, to actively engage in oil and gas exploration and production (E & P) operations. The Company is focusing its activities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with an opportunistic appetite for lucrative oil and gas assets globally. It is one of the pioneer companies in the MENA region with clear vision and focused growth strategy.
The Company will capitalize on its core strength elements to achieve its short to medium term objectives within the next 3-5 years, and to materialize its growth strategy in oil and gas upstream operations.
Timgad Energy focus is to:
- Develop high impact small size oil exploration opportunities:
- in under-exploited geographic areas.
- with attractive fiscal terms.
- with proven petroleum systems.
- Generate near-term cash flow through acquiring equities in small to medium size both oil & gas producing & low risk exploration prospects.
- Build alliances with other E & P companies that share the same vision to target medium to large size production and exploration oil & gas opportunities.
The Company plans an entry to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) within 3 years after successfully concluding the first phase of growth.
The Company’s Headquarters is located in Cairo, Egypt, with a substantially strong business network in the KSA, UAE, Algeria, Tunisia, UK, and Canada.
